Non sono mancate le sorprese nel II° turno della Coppa di Scozia che vedeva in campo anche le squadre di League Two, a sorpresa viene eliminato l'Albion Rovers che crolla in casa contro il Formartine Utd, mentre continua a vincere l'Edinburgh City che fa fuori a fatica il Civil Service Strollers; goleada per il Brora Rangers, unica gara che al replay è quella tra Cove Rangers ed Auchinleck Talbot, terminata 1-1.
